I'm not a M715 expert, but I have a '68 M715 and it uses Split ring wheels. They are slightly different the W300 wheels, but use the same lug pattern and spacing.
Taking splitrings apart is pretty easy, it's putting them back together and airing them up thats where the scary part is.
Pull the valve stem out of the tubes to get all the air out, then you should be able to pry the rings off. I have a special hammer the the tire shops to pull the rings. I cost me $45, but I've spent that and more having tire shops do the pulling apart of my old wheels.
I'll try and post a picture of the old tire man hammer.
