a tire store CANNOT let anyone who has not been trained on servicing a BUDD wheel work
on a BUDD wheel
must be trained on each type of multi piece (and single piece) wheel
and as very few if any standard vehicles have been fit with multi-piece wheels for over 25
years no reason to spend time & money to train
