There is one a little smaller then the journeyman 200 to 300. I have and use it quite a bit. It will cut 1" plate very nice. I have a plasma cutter that cuts up to 3/8 nicley but it's more expensive. It rips right through sheetmetal and leaves a nicer cut than a torch will. You have to look at what you are going to be cutting.I believe the $300 Victor will be good. As for tanks you can bargin with them on a lease. Tell the guy someone else is going to give then to you for 25 bucks a year and see what he says. I did.
