2nd series rear bed crossmember question

anyone have a second series rear bed crossmember(last one at the back you see) that looks like this one? Did they have different ones for a rear PTO? I've looked at a ton of pics and they all seem to have the elongated opening instead of the half round ones. This is from my 52 PW which is the original bed.
