You're right it's not rocket science but I don't think I have the feel or experience that Paul and others have. I finally started putting Ray's kit on today and took the felt ring off, removed the axles and tie rod. The preload is now 20 ft lbs. Do you guys think that is close enough or should I remove another shim to get it a little tighter. I still have the cones on the top and will have PS on the Carryall. Thanks.
