CHRIS, new oil pump, motor was bored by the machine shop 30 over, they bought the bearings,put the pistons on the rods, etc and the rebuild kit, told me crank was no good, charged me for a new one , then when i found out it was my old one,they gave me my money back, and told me mine was alright,yes i plasti gauged the first 2 rods, and 2 first mains checked out ok,and end play on they crank checked out, and they installed all the freezeplugs, and other items , so i assumed they where all ok, new oil pick up tube, i did everything by the book, you could eat out of this motor,i think cam bearings being off is causing this, and the two rods they honed are not right,as they did not rebalance the motor.i also have a knock thanks RICK
