I wanted to add another quick to find the engine - use the VIN. As my memory serves from many years ago, a "G" in the 6 or 8th VIN position was a 340 and a "N" was a 318 on late 1960's Mopars. It is very unlikely you'll find a 340 in a wrecking yard but you never know.
Some website(s) out there will have more info but checking VIN's are easier than crawling under the vehicles - just remember the engine may be swapped. I got my AMC 401 that way - the Jeep VIN indicated the original engine was an AMC360 engine.
