Every one be aware the lessons learned here. My small company besides dabbeling in Dodge parts, is the largest remanufacturer of Saginaw steering columns for the hot-rod and Jeep, 4x4, hobby. When most everything is built custom, it is hard to get it right. Sometimes it is the customers mistake, sometimes it is ours.
But when a customer calls in with the problem, his attitude directly dictates the level of service rendered. If the customer "comes out the gate" cussing and threating, then his level of service is going to be somewhat lower than the nice customer for whom we will bend over backwards for to correct the problem.
