Dana 44 Lockout question

Hello:

On my '85 Dodge W-250 I am putting together to make a winter plow beater out of, it has that 'Ram Trac' 4X4 system with the Vacuum engage axle or auto locking hubs or whatever you call it. Anyhow, the truck has a Dana 44 front that takes internal mount hubs. Right now, I am watching my cash, you know, Gotta buy CHristmas gifts, pay land taxes, get vehicles ready for winter...So, I really dont feel like buying a new set of hubs for it. Will the internal mount hubs off a 70's-90's Ford, Chevy, Or Jeep Dana 44 axle work on the Dodge axle? I have lots of Dana 44 axles with internal hubs laying around, just no DODGE ones. Thanks for the help, and for saving me a buck! Each dollar saved, goes twords buidling the shop and re-doing the WDX!
