Chrysler industrial engine

Hello,

I have a Chrysler industrial engine block ( model 30-1361-1) that i would like to use in a 1942 WC56 Dodge command car. Can anyone give me some more details about the engine?.
Do I have to change something on the engine components ( camshaft?).
