I have two gerry can holders (water & gas cans) mounted on the left running board of my WC12. I don't know the difference in the length of the running boards between a WC12 and your B1-PW. I put the rear holder as close to the rear fender and the outside edge of the running board as possible. The other holder was placed between the door opening and the other holder, again close to the outside edge as possible. I went to the outside edge of the running board to allow room for the tool rack (shovel, ax, mattox). The front-most can just clears the drivers door. I do have a jpeg showing a single gerrycan on the running board if you are interested.
