I'm in the process (verrrrry early stages, all torn apart, pieces getting a bath right now) of dropping a 270 into one of my M-37s. I've talked to a guy that goes by "Hemiman" on the M-37 forum, he has a 241 hemi in his M-37, and the original four-speed bolted right up to the back of the thing! I hope I have that good of luck with the 270 (should be the same bolt pattern)!!
