D-Ring Placement for a New Trailer

Well, I'm back from Europe (France and Germany) and I now need to give the Trailer Manufacture my D-Rig Locations.

From the image above you can see where the Truck will approximately land on the 18' + 4' Tilt bed trailer.

In reference to the Trucks axels where should I place the D-rings? I would assume two per axel. In front of the Front and behind the Rear.
