Only help I can give is that when I put a NVG4500 in my 92 I had the same problem. I call AA and they said pull out the back seal on the transmission. The front of the 205 is sealed and all that happens is that you have to put in more oil because it sits in that cavity. It also makes a big mess when you go to take them back apart.
