This truck came as a parts truck as part of the deal when I purchased my '51 B3PW. It had sat for years in a meadow. There were not enough good parts left on it to justify the cost of transporting it 300 miles home. I removed everything good that I could salvage from it and left the rest. I heard that it was later claimed by another enthusiast. The best thing to come from this truck were both differentials. They contain 4.89:1 gearing and are alive and well and in use in my '51 B3PW. The most curious thing about this truck was that it had a PTO on the transmission, but it had a winchless front bumper and there was no evidence that it had ever worn a winch. It did, however, still show distinct signs of having been equipped with an original rear PTO drive that had been removed.
