Original owner was Chippewa Valley Electric Coop in Chippewa Falls, WI. They sold it to a tree trimming company. Current owner, Ron, is third owner. Plans on handing down to his son who painted it but the tree trimmers sign has faded through the new paint. Ron has all the original owners/shop manuals. Currently not running and unfortunately stored outside. The winch has a drum on each side perhaps used to pull wires by the original owner. Net HP is rated at 3900 not 3600 but this option was not available to post
