Early Power-Wagon, serial number 88750023.
Notice the very early style of rear frame cross member with four holes on the rear vertical face, located outward near side frame rails. These holes were for attaching the mounting brackets for the very early drawbar. Even though this truck was old enough to accept the early drawbar, it was never the less new enough that the later drawbar was installed.
