OT: Allis Chalmers 620 Lawn and Garden tractor

I am looking for a large lawn and garden tractor to mow my new lawn in Iuka, MS (oh yeah, I am moving to MS in a month). I found a AC 620 last night for $900 with a front loader, 60" roto-tiller and a 60" mowing deck. It needs a fuel pump. Do any of you guys know anything about them? I would really rather have a diesel tractor, but I might just have to convert this. Does anyone have anything for sale that I might be interested in?
