Could be valve guides or worn or not seated oil rings. When you decelerate the piston comes down on intake, but the butterfly in the carb is closed. This creates a vacuum in the cylinder and intake sucking oil past the guides or rings. The hotter the engine gets the oil gets thinner, thereby more smoke. Add one can of STP at each oil change, this will help some, or use a heavier grade of oil.
