Hi, dave. For price comparsion I recently bought cable at local company. This was a real rigging company catering to logging, mining and construction in this area. I was drooling when I walked in and saw all the snatch blocks, slings, and cable stuff. I bought 7/16" improved plow steel (IMP) RRL Fibre core for 0.77 per foot for 250' roll. It rolled on the winch very nice and 250 feet just filled it up.
