WC-3 Question

Looking to buy a '41wc that has a hard cab. Tag on cab gives ser# as 81111535 model WC-3. The only WC-3's I've seen have been open tops. Is there another way to find out what this rig really is? Also there were marker lights on side of cab,but had been removed. Thanks in advance.
