I REALLY think you are going to want a drain at the lowest point...if you don't I believe the whole pipe will be filled with water before long and then all the air will bring LOTS of water with it.
Drain can be a simple dry well (hole with clean stone) under the valve. Drain mechanism can be as simple as a ball valve operated with a rod to get the control above the floor. The volume of water will not be great, but if you have NO drain, it will fill with water eventually.
Don't use PVC. Yeah, its cheap & easy, but is not worth the risk, even buried.
