I have seen gun auctions, like on gunbroker.com, where the seller will attach a statement like "I accept Paypal, Money Order, or Certified Check. Paypal users add 3% to auction total".

I have used PayPal, and find it safe. Considering that there are people out there printing up phony Certified Checks, I'm more comfortable with PayPal.
