Thanks Oscar, I installed both Ad-AWare and SPybot software. Both are free software at the sites. Ran Ad-aware yesterday and found 30, ran Spybot today and got another 6-8 mainly cookies. I'm going to compare the two, but both seam to do the job. Thanks again!
