I just went and took a look at the Cordovan Website (folks curently markiting the Power King Super Traction tire)...
The only rim that they have listed on the specification table for the 900x16 size tire (bias ply) is the 6.50 rim...

I have not yet pulled up my references for the Co-Op Grip Spur 900x16 bias play tire (material is at work), but since they are very similar tires to the Super Traction and are made at the same Kelly Springfield (division of Goodyear) plant, I suspect that the info will be similar (this paragraph is conjecture on my part...).
FWIW: I put a link to the TRA website (Tire and Rubber Association) and TIA (Tire Industry Association) website on another reply in this thread. They have the reference books that list various members tires and what they fit available for purchase by non members (the public, you, me, us, etc...). (another fact paragraph)
