Since your post indicates you aren't a weldor, take some advice from an old fart who has pumped more wire thru a feeder than you probably will in the rest of your life.
Keep your money in your pocket, and don't buy this machine. Spend some of that money on lessons at night school or Jr college, learn a little about welding, and then go to a local welding suplier and try out different machines.
This machine or any other wire welder is going to need parts over time, especially consumables like wire contact tips and eventually a cable liner, and I'll give odds they either won't be available, or will only be available from one source, at a very high price. Over time, you learn the most important thing in welding is a relationship with a good supplier.
