Face it, we are in the minority. Most folks want an image, not the reality. How many SUV's ever go where they need 4x4 ? They want the macho look, not the rough ride. And very few pick up owners put oversize tires on, the dealers actually remove them at trade in, they want mass appeal.Anh they don't want the new buyer to think the truck has been 'abused' off road.
