I can't believe somebody beat us to this! A web page and a whole MAGAZINE named "Belt Pulley".

Never mind that the rear wheels are bigger than the front wheels on many of these Power Wagons, and they look kind of funny, like they were put together by Dana and Judd high on Texas moonshine....
