I have used Silicon fluid for a couple of years. The pedal *is* a little softer. And getting rid of miniscule air bubbles is, lets say, difficult.
Apparently the first generatin of fluid had some troubles in that the seals didn't "swell" that little bit, but the new formulations have additives that compensate.
I don't plan to use it in my daily drivers, but my vintage stuff (53 PW and 55 TR-3) both use Si.
