Cordless Sawsall/grinder or old nutsplitters work pretty well. Normal hacksaw too. Cut halfway through and twist off with vice grips. Here in the east/midwest we'd be glad to find anything like what you have out there. Everything is rusty hulks due to the salt from roads and such. Good luck on your adventures. Kevin
