Brake problems

I have a 59 W300. Rebuilt the Brake master cylinder a couple of months ago. Everything worked fine till a couple of days ago.
Before starting the pedal has normal travel,
Upon starting and driving a mile or so the pedal is rigid and the rear drums are locked up. Any ideas. Thanks Guys!
