The gate looked like it was in very good shape, I had checked a few other sources and wasn't finding what I wanted. Eric has helped me out in the past and I know him to be reputable. The next lowest bidder was only $1.00 less so it wasn't one sided. Have you priced a gate at VPW lately? Sometimes it's cheaper to pay a little more to do less restorative work.
