Thanks for the info. $100 isn't bad at all. Seems like the hydraulic as pictured ought to lift as well as a parts' store cherry picker (if anchored solid)? I'm tired of sliding stuff up a plank. I've seen hand-crank winch outfits from the '40s that spin on a pipe bracket, and they seem to hold up, but never found one for sale. Wonder what other manufacturers make this sort of boom?
