Go rent a backhoe, and dig yourself a nice big rectangular hole 15 ft deep. Line it with concrete, and put in a $5000 air purification system.
Now since only us country folk could get away with doing this (because of covenants, ordinances, and the B.S. building inspectors), and since the targets are big cities, get a big smooch from your wife as you've just built one hell root cellar for her!
