I'm scoping out Manhattan for any sign of Power Wagons. So far no luck...I've been looking for NDT tracks in the snow but nothing yet. I spent the day walking through Spanish Harlem thinking I might find one that's been converted into a low rider or one with hydraulics installed...nothing. I'm thinking that maybe I just havent seen any since I can't watch the traffic from the Subway so tomorrow I'll head over the Brooklyn Bridge & check there...something has to turn up?
