Might be a good time to get back into the bomb shelter business. This time add hepa air filters, liquid oxygen tanks and chem weapons suits. Be the first one on your block to be the last one on your block. It would play great here in LA because this place couldn't evacuate if it had to.
Maybe all those failed home businesses selling earthquake supplies will be back.
