Sounds like a blacksmith forge. Worth anywhere from $100.00 to about $450.00 depending on condition, who wants it and where you're at. If you were close to Idaho I would be interested in it. Otherwise there should be plenty of blacksmiths in your area willing to pay good money for it.
The blower is probably a Champion or a Buffalo. Check out eBay for prices.
