It is a 1960 or newer C700.
Check the VIN, if it is a 59 it is the only one I have ever heard of, and it is still a C700.
In fact after checking the dash picture, I would say this is a 1961 or newer, as it has black knobs instead of white 59-60 only style.
This truck was up on an auction site for the last month or so, I guess it did not sell.
