Dodge did not make a 4-wheel drive Pilot House cab truck, but they are really neat with 4X4 added. Devon Parson in Mount Pleasant, Utah has a '48 Pilot House Dodge with a 440/727 and 3/4 ton axles. It's a real head turner.
