The accelerator pump is in here. Since i was just rebuilt and the gaskets are fresh you should be able to take the top of the carb and remove the plunger. The leather or synthetic seal has shrunk. It has to be soaked in gas before instalation or this happens. Soak it and spread it out some and it should be fine.
