Impact wrench questions, Air Vs Cordless, and who to buy fro

Guys,

I am looking at buying an impact wrench, either a battery powered one so I can use it both at home and in junkyards, or an air powered one to use at home with my air compresser.

I was wondering which makes/models of air powered impacts you guys like the best, and who makes a good long running, powerful(I know, you can't have both) battery powered one.

While I would like to own the best out there, I may be limited to the best I can afford, so please keep price in mind.

I have also considered getting a SCUBA tank, and a regulator, as I hear this works well to run compressed air tools in the field.

Any thoughts?

Also I find myself in need of a die grinder, what is a good company to buy from?
