I'm not familiar with the newer stuff..Is this a fluid cylinder clutch setup?? Sounds to me as though there is a heat problem if it is.. a line too close to a heat source.. Its boiling the fluid in the lines and putting too much heat into the cylinder causing the fluid to get around the rubber in there....Just a thought from a shade tree... I bought a new suburban in 86... It cracked 6 back windows before I showed them what was causing it... [a screw loose in the upper track] something soo simple can do alot of damage..
