this is probably not the tire you are looking for but it is a good place to start.
I once asked about the 17.5 size for my spare rims. Have your local tire shop check on tires for a trailer. The local shop claimed 17.5 was listed - bias ply - highway tread. At the time they wanted $225 / tire - more than I wanted to spend. If you find a place to get some tires please post and/or email me.
