Guys, I'm sorry about this as I didn't know this page existed until another user on the MV board posed. After trying on the MV pages and Tom Bower's MG pages, I put this on EBAY in the WWII Militria Section. It's Ebay 355475206 and was just listed last night. As you know these mounts are extremely hard to come by and this one is complete and has all the mounting brackets and the WWII cradle.
