Troubleshooting on M37 brakes

I went out and started up my M-37 the other day after not driving it for 3 weeks or so, and got no resistance on the brake pedal when I pump it.

I haven't actually moved the truck yet (It's emergency braked and blocked on a fairly steep driveway), but it sure seems like the brakes are gone. I was hoping you folks could suggest where to start looking for the problem.

The brakes worked fine (by M-37 standards, anyway) last time I drove it, and there are no noticeable puddles or stains under the truck. It's been fairly cold around here, but never below zero, so I can't imagine the weather's to blame. I've been driving it about once a week for a year now, and while the brakes are usually squishy the first time you pump 'em after starting up, they've always been fine and haven't noticeably changed until now.

Any suggestions? Where should I start looking first -- master cylinder, tracing the lines, at the wheels? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
