I`m trying to deliver a truck I`m selling from Canada to the US. It needs an EPA sticker or a letter from the manufacturer. Chrys Canada wants me to have immigration papers???? before I can get a letter stating that the vehicle is OK to live in the US. My argument was Chrys. built it, so give me a letter saying it is or it isn`t!! I got told to see a broker, Mopar doesn`t give this service. SO HOW THE H..l does a broker do it??? Is this what happens when you have a real legal TITLE & try to obey the law??? Sounds like an E Bay saga EH Norm??
