What does it take to make a reproduction manual as far as copyrighting and so forth?!?! Why cant I copy the Dodge Manual and start selling it? Theres a lot that needs to be done in the area of Dodge Chargers like this but I can never get a straight answer as to how these "Other" companys reproduce Dodges manuals?!?!

ANy one enlighten me on how this is done? I'd like to make some repro's for the Chargers.
