It looks like a later either a 2nd or 3rd series bed (I can't tell for sure from the pic) so it might not be a '46. Who knows, maybe it is...
Are those dually wheels on all 4 corners? Maybe they're for running on train tracks?
It looks pretty complete and unmolested!
