Balancing a Presure Plate, Flywheel & Clutch Disk?

I was told I needed to balance my Clutch, Disk & Flywheel befor I put it on the engine to stop vibrations in the motor. Never done this befor? Dose it need to be done to a PW and if so how do I do it. Thanks, Mark H.
