Tilt out windshield

Hi everyone,
ok, in looking at photo's it seem's more so the earlier 1940 vintage powerwagons had a windshield that tilted out. In the photo classified, it show's a 1968 with the tiltout windshield. How is this achieved, are all powewagons able to do this?
Currently, I don't have a Powerwagon but I am keeping my eye out for the right one.
